Making a Donation by Cheque

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give to Bath Cancer Unit Support Group, the charity receives an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs, helping your donation to go much further. For donations made between 6 April 2008 and 5 April 2011 BCUSG will also receive a separate government supplement of three pence on every pound you give

To make your donation go further please print off and complete the attached Gift Aid declaration form, it's that simple. Gift Aid is applicable to regular and single gifts.
